The crankshaft hole honing machine adopts a horizontal structure, and the spindle box is a gear reducer. The rotation speed of the honing cutter is controlled by a spindle servo motor, and the feed speed and position of the tool are controlled by a CNC slide table. The CNC system of the machine tool adopts Guangzhou CNC CNG980HC system. The loading and unloading of machine tool fixtures can be done by robots or material lines. The fixtures are positioned with one side and two pins, and the flat surface of the cylinder body is clamped by hydraulic pressure.
